Brittany Campbell, LISW-S

Therapy for When You Are Done Just Coping.
Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic—it can show up as overcontrol, like obsessive thoughts or perfectionism, or as emotional intensity, impulsivity, and overwhelm.
Whether your anxiety feels rigid and consuming (like in OCD) or chaotic and relational (like in BPD or bipolar disorder), I help you find stability, self-compassion, and the tools to move forward.
This is a space to explore your story, reconnect with your voice, and learn how to set boundaries that support healing—not more shame.
About Me

Hi, I’m Brittany—Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and trauma-informed therapist.
I specialize in helping adults untangle the deeper roots of anxiety—whether it shows up as obsessive control (like in OCD), emotional dysregulation (like in BPD), or a lifelong sense that you’re “too much” or “not enough.”
You don’t need to explain everything perfectly here. You don’t need to perform healing. This is a space where you can explore your story at your own pace, with evidence-based tools and deep compassion.
Together, we’ll work to quiet the inner critic, reconnect with your values, and create boundaries that feel strong, not scary.
About My Approach
My work integrates evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and ERP with a deeply client-centered, relational approach. I believe healing happens when you're truly seen and supported—not rushed or pathologized.
I have advanced training in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, and emotion regulation struggles such as BPD and bipolar disorder. My sessions are collaborative, affirming, and trauma-informed.

Couples Therapy: Strengthening Relationships
Relationships take work, and every couple faces challenges at some point. Couples therapy with Brittany Campbell offers a proven, structured approach to help partners reconnect, resolve conflict, and build a deeper, more resilient relationship.
Brittany primarily uses the Gottman Method for couples therapy, which focuses on improving communication, managing conflict, and increasing intimacy and trust. The Gottman Method is based on decades of research and provides couples with practical tools to understand each other better and create long-lasting, positive change.
Some of the key aspects of couples therapy with Brittany include:
-
Improved Communication: Learn how to express yourself in a way that fosters understanding and respect.
-
Conflict Resolution: Discover strategies to handle disagreements in a healthy, productive way.
-
Intimacy & Connection: Strengthen emotional and physical intimacy for a deeper bond.
-
Building a Shared Vision: Work together to set and achieve common goals, reinforcing your partnership.
No matter what issues you're facing, couples therapy provides a dedicated space to reconnect, grow together, and rebuild trust.

Specialized Coaching Groups
Helping deep feelers and chronic overthinkers go from burnout to bold self-trust—without self-abandonment.
Overthinking doesn’t make you broken—it means your mind has been working overtime to keep you safe.
But if you're exhausted from spiraling thoughts, second-guessing every decision, and carrying the emotional load of everyone else’s needs, it’s time for a new way forward.
This coaching experience is for those who’ve lived too long in survival mode—trying to get it “right,” shrinking yourself to avoid conflict, or waiting for permission to rest.
I help you move from mental chaos to grounded clarity.
From self-doubt to self-trust.
From emotional burnout to boundaries that actually feel safe to hold.
You’ll walk away with tools to:
-
Recognize and interrupt overthinking patterns
-
Reconnect with your intuition (without needing constant reassurance)
-
Set boundaries that honor your energy—not just your obligations
-
Cultivate self-compassion without feeling like you're “letting yourself off the hook”
This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about finally choosing yourself—with structure, support, and soul.
🧾 How This Differs from Therapy:
Therapy is about healing the past and treating clinical symptoms. Coaching is about taking intentional steps forward from where you are right now. While my clinical background informs the safety and structure of this space, coaching is a collaborative process focused on action, empowerment, and integration—not diagnosis or deep trauma processing.
If you're feeling mentally drained, emotionally stuck, and ready to create change without diving into the past week after week, coaching may be the next right step.
